I searched but I don't know if this is too new or just not a popular card but I am getting inundated with emails and mailed offers for the new NFCU Amex. Not really wanting to app but the 0% for 12 months is enticing. It says preselected, not preapproved.
"Get the all-new Navy Federal More Rewards American Express® Card and enjoy a 0% intro APR on balance transfers for 12 months. After that, a variable APR between 10.65% and 18% applies." And it has a promo code associated with it. Is this just junk mail?

The promo code is a preapproval with NFCU
Go for it
Not so sure if that’s true. If it was a true preapproval it wouldn’t say a rate of 10-18% after intro 0%.

Should have the bonus 25k or is that targeted?
That’s available to everyone
Most say it's an invitation to apply, but people are getting denied. Look at the Navy thread under Credit Apps at the end of the thread.
I haven't gotten any mail about the card. So it isn't directed at everyone.

I just got my first NFCU card 6 weeks ago (Go Rewards) with $3600 SL
