NFCU BALANCE TRANSFER QUESTION???

HI guys, so my wife has 2 cards with nfcu. a go rewards and the flagship. she requested a balance transfer on the go rewards for 1000 usd..it went through. then she tried to request another transfer from the flagship for 1000 also and received an error message stating a condition exist please call etcc..does somebody knows why the second one with flagship didnt go through? you cant use 2 account for diferent balance transfer?

There are different possible reasons for that error message.

One is if they are both balance transfers to the same external account.

Indeed I have had this happen to me also. The 2nd BT still exists in their system, if has just got stuck because of the first one.

All I had to do is send a message confirming that I wanted the second BT processed, and they messaged back to say it was done.
