NFCU Combine/Re-allocate Limits

NFCU Account #1 - ~3yrs old 40k credit limit (example)

NFCU Account #2 - ~3yrs old 40k credit limit (examples)

I'm up for a CLI on both NFCU accounts as of today. I just applied for an increase to NFCU account #1. Once that's approved I will be doing the same for account #2. I would like to have one card at 50k and the other at 30k for a total of 80k. Using the above examples, would I be able to re-allocate my account #2 limit into account#1?

Unfortunately, limit reallocations appear to be restricted. I think the most recent DPs point toward this being possible if you were doing a BT on one card that required a larger limit.  Otherwise, you can try sending them a message to confirm whether that policy is still in place.

I know. They started tightening on reallocations earlier this year, but by all means you can send them an SM to see whether that's still possible for your specific situation. This way we can all learn about the most up-to-date policy ☑️
