NFCU Flagship CL reporting?

I know this has been posted 100 times, so I apologize in advance.  But I haven't seen anything (google search) from this year.  Does the Flagship Sig. (NFCU) report your CL ? or does it appear as NPSL?

No, Navy gives the Signature Cards out but they don't actually allow no pre-set spending like most signature cards do and they report full credit line.

Yes, they do report their Visa Siggy CLs.
