NFCU Mailer?

I received it today for the Platinum card. There's an invitation number, but it only says offer (not pre-qualified or pre-selected) with a fairly large APR spread. Any opinions as to if this is basically junk mail or what?

If you got something that looks like this absolutely take it! I was approved @$5K, CLI to $20k in 90 days

After looking it over with a fine toothed comb, it does say pre-selected.
