I think their app is acting goofy.  I submitted a CLI early yesterday and went to check the results and saw $12,500 as available when my limit was $20,000.  If you click on the part with the arrow you'll see the whole available balance...

I called them and they're aware of the issue. I was told it would be fix with the next app update on 11/18/15. I'm having the same issue.

This is now Navy's policy. I confirmed it with rep. Everyones' CC cash advance will now be 50% of the CL. Mine just changed online this morning.

Happy these forums exist--for a minute there I thought I was being AA'd.  With that out of the way, this is probably a smart move by NFCU, a bank that is typically liberal with credit limits.  There are very few reasons why any mainstream customer needs a 25k cash advance limit.  This move protects the customer and the credit union.
