NFCU next balance transfer date?

NFCU Veterans,

How does this work?  I don't see any options to accept the BT offer so I assume that if I do BT under the Transfers tab that the 2.99% will be in affect even though the language there states it will be considered a cash advance.  Am I missing something?

I want to do the same thing but got the message that a balance transfer is considered a cash advance.

The last 0% balance transfer offer I received from navy was in Feb/March of last year.
