Whaaaaaat? These limits are nutso.  Instant 20k??? lol!!

 

I Just got my score watch EQ alert...went up to 701 yesterday. I'm SOO happy.  I'm going to pull my TU next week once my discover reports since I made a $500 payment, and see exactly where I'm at on both. I should be in the low 700's on both.  I'm then applying for NFCU. I think I will FAINT if I get a limit of 10k or more.

 

For those of you that got the instant 10k plus CL, do you have high incomes on the app too?

They don't usually give out instant approvals, they do a lot of manual reviews... so getting the message is not a big deal in my opinion

684 CS instant approval for 25k. I'm in law school, so no I don't have a huge income.  My previous high CL was 5000k

DH just got 3-5 message and was approved for 5K  nRewards and his EQ was 568 , but the real shocker is, they pulled TU and it is 533.

 

His Income is 33,000

Is the NRewards the cash rewards card? I don't know which one to apply for!
My EQ score is 701 and I'm going to pull my TU later which will hopefully be around the same.

Which card should I apply for? Is one easier to get with a high CL than the others? Which one does most people like?

If you plan on this being your main card I'd go with the Flagship Visa. It's a signature Visa but the new rewards structure at NFCU is pretty nice 50K points gets you $750. You get 2 points for each dollar spent so it's basically a 3% cash back card.
