Navy Fed cashRewards offer

Hey has anyone else received this? It's through July 31st and has to be activated. This is the the first ever I have been sent out an offer from Navy . In the first couple years of having the card, I would always checks Navy cashRewards offers and would get bupkis. There was a time I even called and inquired as to why I have never received an offer, and the csr informed me that they are targeted offers. Guess I never made the cut since 2014 till now.

Ok, It is good know I am not the only one who has called and asked. They have great SLs and I wish I knew how to be included in more offers. Going on 6 years and I think I got 1 on their Amex for 0.00% on a purchase over $500.
