Important Alert for Account Access Users
We will be making the following changes to the Navy Federal Online® Account Access Disclosure on July 22, 2013:
Enhancements/Modifications to Service. Your mail and email addresses must be current in order to maintain access to service. You may edit your profile information within the Account Access service.
Overdraft Line of Credit (OLOC). Overdraft Line of Credit (OLOC) has been renamed to Checking Line of Credit (CLOC).
Authorized Users. When you add an authorized user, they will by default have access to all existing and future accounts held in your name. Your authorized user will also have the ability to enroll in or access your Bill Pay service. You will have the ability to manage your authorized user's privileges. This will allow you to grant your authorized user(s) permission to access certain accounts and services as you deem necessary.
The Navy Federal Online Account Access, Mobile Banking, and Bill Pay Disclosure can be viewed here.

That note about authorized users is interesting ~ default access to all accounts, current and future ?!!?
Yeah, I found it kind of creepy, but it does say you can go in and limit their access, so that's good.
