Navy Federal Cash Rewards vs. Visa Signature Cash Rewards?

Hi all,

Today I received a new card in the mail with a (seperate) letter stating that my request for a visa signature cash rewards had been approved.

Funny thing is, I never requested it. It's the same card number and exp. date as my cash rewards.

The only change is a recent credit line increase. Did that trigger a change from visa to visa signature?

Sorry if this has been discussed already, I was unable to find anything in the forums.

Yes if the card limit goes beyond $5K, it will eventually get upgraded to Signature automatically.
