If its a secured card i believe it does. Though i may stand corrected. With Navy you never know , i would maybe try for an unsecured one first and if that fails go for the secured. Some have been sucessful at your score.

It requires a deposit of at least 500.00. I have seen reports of it graduating to unsecured in under a year.
However, before apping for a secured nrewards I would check to see if I could qualify for an unsecured card. There are numerous accounts of people being approved by Navy with scores similar to yours--or even lower, such as myself.
Good luck! The great thing about getting any card with Navy is you know the future of it eill be generous, more so than most lenders
Thats great. Many thanks to your sister for her service. When i got in, they approved me only for $500 on the Platinum card. After about 4 months, they increased me to 5k and approved me for another card at 6k , all on a average income, so Navy does make it happen
