I don't think it's a question at all - AmEx have gone off the deep end, creating profiling algorithms that are ludicrous. They recently participated in a Walmart promotion, yet they penalize customers who shop there. In another case, they told a customer that his CLD was due to his most recent payment posting only 5 days before his due date. That's right, he paid on time, 5 days before his due date. The customer also paid 5 days before his due date in February. However, during the months in between, he had paid slightly earlier in the month. So the fact that his on time payment was a few days later than "usual" last month, was a sign of his imminent financial collapse, according to AmEx's algorithm, and a justifiable reason to drop a CLD on him.
AmEx is just insane ...
