Need a CC that will pull TU and report to all 3 CRA

Ok some background, my TU score is around 700ish last time I checked and shows less derogs than EQ and EX(they show 2, I think I was late on CC payments over 2 or 3 years ago).

I currently have a Cap One CC with a 5k limit with no CLI in sight, always tried and no luck.

Have a car loan for 3 years, never missed a payment, but they ONLY report to TU and not the other 2, so this did not help my other 2 scores.  I had a 5 year car loan prior to that and never missed payments, this was 2 years ago.

I had a Chase card that was sock drawered and was open for 10 years and they closed it!!! So lost that one :/

Salary is about 80k a year.

I am located in NYC if that helps.

Does NFCU report to all 3? Which CRA do they pull?

Barclays, Hooters, State Farm Bank & Nationwide are TU pullers.

On the Barclays website there are 2 cards I see I am interested in, the Barclaycard Financing Visa Card and the Barnes & Noble.

Is one easier to get approved? Or both are same?

Will they report to all 3 CRAs?

After further research I see the apple card does not have great CLIs. Does the Barnes and Nobles get good CLI over time?

I would like a couple thousand CL. To be honest I am ok with any limit as long as I have ability to grow and they report to all 3 CRAs.
