You're over thinking this. Your scores dropped because you added new accounts after not applying for a year. They will recover as your new accounts age.
If balance on Disco is on 0% apr, continue paying as usual, as long as you stick to paying it off before interest starts accumulating.
If it's not in promo period, pay down as much as you can, not because of scoring but because it will save you money.
If you truly want to see your scores go up, stop applying for new accounts. That's really all you need to do, in addition to paying down cards with high utilization.

To simplify -
1 - Pay balances down
2 - Relax, let your accounts age, ask for SP CLIs
3 - If a card isn't working for you PC it, if no options, either SD if you can, or close if not necessary
4 - Relax some more
