Just saw it and it looks like a nice card but when I tried to look at the fine print... here is what I get:

Psst. applications are still open. If you click apply now and select say, Nebraska, the application will pop up. Then proceed as normal! ![]()

But will they still approve a person though, if s/he selects a state that is still available to app for in, and then FNBO sees in the actual application that s/he lives in a state that is no longer eligible, j/c?

We all know they do underwriting manually. Someone clearly saw I don't live in one of the states they service, yet still approved me. Maybe FNBO likes risk takers, idk.

That's how I apped/was approved. I don't live in that region.

Sure, I was approved with a SL of $5k
It's a little low in comparison to some of my other cards, but definitely reasonable.
