New Millennium Secured Credit Card

I read about this secured credit card from another post & I'm interested to see if anyone else here has heard of or used this credit card.  It really sounds to good to be true, so I'm apprehensive.  Any thoughts?

I have this card and like it.  They deducted, I believe 45 dollars from my checking acct to set up the card then charged me 59 on the card.

You can get two, as well

It also does not report as secured on your credit report and you can increase the line by adding more money to the savings account you have with them, up to 5k per card
