Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
It looks like they will be fully Credit CARD Act of 2009 compliant by 30NOV2009. Rates going to variable as previously posted, but at the same rate currently in effect (13.99% for PCR Visa).
If you have a PCR Visa with a BT on it you should be able to use it for your Christmas shopping without burying your rate.

Yeah, that does stink.
So far USAA hasn't raised their foreign transaction fee and I think Alliant is still only 1%. I'm surprised that Macy's only charges 1%.
If you have the rewards card, it shouldn't affect those who PIF. But, bummer about the FT fee. I had to eat those (3%) when traveling, as the state travel dept wouldn't reimburse us for those.

As if it wasn't a legitimate expense... Sounds like something they should be sued over. Some brave soul needs to step up to the plate!
