Never have understood the bank but I spend about $1000-$1500 a month in the store so the 5% off everything and 10% wine of 6 bottles or may adds up to a significant savings.
Creditaddict, weird they gave you 1000 in 08 but 200 in 09.
I dont understand them, if you got good credit they should give you a higher limit to allow or encouage you to buy not $200

I went to the CS desk and the nice lady helped me submit my app. It came back instantly approved for..... (drum roll please) $600!! This is my lowest limit by a long shot and I was a little shocked. Is Target going back to issuing low limit cards again after granting larger lines late last year? I'm ok with it as I won't buy THAT much stuff there but still a bit surprised. My FICOs are in the 770-780 range.
Which credit bureau did Target pull?
I don't know yet. I know not TU. I think they pull EQ where I live.

oh it was $200 and some how ended up in one of the random CLI they did. I have called and called until my face was blue, if any card was going to qualify for an increase wouldn't it be the card that I have had for 12 years!!! but with their new computer system you can pay with as many cards as you want, you just have to have the cashier type in the amount before you swipe the card... I usually devide it at least 2 ways but when first moved I did $100 and change on each card
The guy was like "are those all your cards and looked at them and my ID, he thought I was using stolen cards or something! hehe
and Target is EQ Exclusively I believe matter where you live.

I dont get targets CLI issues! how are you suppose to buy large purchase from them if your CL is so low?
Oh wait, I'll pay off my card to make another purchase? hmm weird thinking.
Considering how much money Target makes off their banking devision it baffles me also that they don't do regular increases and reviews. It's worse than HSBC (Jaw drop)
I did get increase from 300 to 500 to 750 to 1000 it was better than hsbc and no AF lol
I finally confirmed today that they pulled EQ for my app. Score is around 780 on that CBR.
