Well look what the cat dragged in! I said I wouldn't talk about it again but today out of the blue I rec'd a letter from Wamu stated our acct has been reopened. They apoplogized for ANY inconvenience (you mean like us calling daily for two weeks and getting your crappy CSR?) that this may have caused and stated that we were valuable customers. They then instruct me to call to request our NEW Wamu card. Taste the lint at the bottom of my sock drawer!!!
