Does the Citi Double Cash use a point system?
I know from current experience that both the Quicksilver and BCP/BCE award straight-up cash, with the redemption limitations previously noted. The Venture involves points/miles, but that's not on the OP's radar if I understand correctly.
I agree, though, that as long as I get my money, they can call it whatever they want...
