Newegg credit card cosigner

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question. I was wondering if it's possible to have a cosigner for a Newegg credit card. I'm interested in the no interest if you pay it off in 12 months with monthly payments. If you can't have a cosigner how does the joint applicant thing work?

Not sure if Synchrony does that.  Just one thing I'll mention real quick is that card is notorious for very low limits.  How much are you looking to spend?  Is it for computer gear?
