Well I check my account todat and low and behold, a $39 AF is posted on my account. Two (2) representatives told me that this fee would post 8/31 and they would waive it after it posts.
Well the Sr. rep. waived the fee but now $39 reports on my CR's. It's really just the principal now to me. I should get accurate info.
Until I see a CLI this card will continue to be used for recurring charges, I hate having this low $750 card reporting.
You just can't trust Cap One. They really dont care about their builder cards. They give you hope in the beginning with Credit Steps, but after that CLI, nothing.
Can always put it out of its misery

just kidding!
Capital One sucks with their low limits! Had it for six years, and it's stuck at a $1,300 limit. UGH
Relax. You've done well.
Don't sweat the small stuff, it'll drive you nuts.
Capital One is my first card, they are generous for new people in getting CC with low limits.. No One else was ready to give me credit card unless I had 6 month history with Cap1.
Same thing happened to me. I called and even talked to a supervisor who assured me that the $39 would be waived but it still posted
