Nordstrom not reporting CL

Got a SW alert and it was Nordstrom but section where it says credit limit, it says credit limit not reported. On EX it's showing my CL. Any thoughts?

Is your limit over 5k? Is it reporting properly on TU?

NOt on TU yet but my CL is $1K
