All the credit cards currenly I have are from master & discover. Similarly all the pre approval offers from prime banks are for master cards. The visa cards dont like me for some reason. Is that something to do with my credit?
Really?? Most of the best cash back cards are from Amex and visa, imo.

Have you tried applying for one? Just about everyone issues them.
Yep but my options are limited as I apply only based on best pre-approved offers and it always appear to be master.
Have you tried to PC one of your existing cards?

PC'ing from a MC to a Visa or vice versa is usually difficult. Of course YMMV but many CCCs won't do it.
