Thanks for sharing.  For those on iOS - open the Lowes App, tap Accounts, scroll to the bottom and the option is underneath Customer Service.

I got an email from them this morning about this. I'm probably not going to download it though, unless there's an extra advantage to do so.

It sucks IMO. The only thing I like one Lowe's site is to go pull up my running standings on deferred purchases, what's left on each one with deadline dates. The app doesn't have it, only statements.

I have had the Lowes app for a while on android, and use it instore sometime to look up prices that aren't listed on an item I may be looking at, but never to look @ acct. info...thanks for info on that 

While looking @ new info I also noticed the new improvements to app,so I guess they upgraded it along with the card website...
