I appreciate the fact that they may be innundated with new applications but the disconnect between new accounts and customer service is frustrating. Patience is a virtue rarely practiced I suppose. Payday is Friday and I was hoping to have things set up already

Wow! I had 5 in 12 mos when they approved me last month for $10k.
FINALLY got my acceptance email this morning. I am bummed out that I cannot establish my online banking untill the welcome kit comes in 7-10 days . The representative said they couldn't give me the details over the phone; however, he gave me my account and routing number lol.
