I got the "Unable to increase your limit at this time" message. Is the freeze keeping them from doing a SP?? I tried this twice, a week apart, same result. Should I unfreeze TU and try again???

They can still SP even with the file frozen. That's the same message I've gotten the last few times, and mine isn't frozen.
Someone said before that if you initiate a CLI then they are unable to do the SP if bureau is frozen . . . but they are able to do their normal account review SP with no problem. So, got to thinking that maybe having TU frozen is keeping them from doing the customer-initiated SP and generating that denial. I'll unlock it and try again in a few days to see if that makes a diff.
yeah, wouldn't affect the auto-cli, just the customer-initiated ones, if any.
All my reports are frozen, including TU, and Discover still was able to process the CLI when I hit the LUV button a few weeks back.
