I'm trying to take advantage of the Us Bank Flexperks Travel Rewards bonus promo for the Olympics. My utilization is about 2% right now, and once this all hits in the next week I should be sitting around 730 EQ and similiar for Ex, and around 700 for TU because of 11 30 day lates in 2007. The lates are wrong and will be disputed. Below is my current stats
AAOA 4 Years
Oldest: 10 Years 8 Months
Income: 51k
Juniper 1100 CL
Discover More 1000 CL
Amex Zync
Cap One Rewards 750
Cap One Platinum 750
HSBC(now cap one) 300
BBRWZMC 300
Jared Store Card 7500
Thanks! Please don't link me to whogavemecredit.

That could be a problem if they pull TU. Other than that, I think you'd be OK.

That is hilarious!
The other issue is that they may not want to be the frist major credit card (AMEX, DISC, MC, VISA) to give you a limit over 3000, You may want to save the HP for now and AP for something with a better CL and easier to requirements... Chase Freedom. AMEX BCE?

LMAO...
For this card, especially with the US medal counts, the criteria will mostly be inquiries rather than score or utilization. Those matter too, but not as much as inquiries and new accounts. All applications for this card--rare exceptions--will be held for review--no instant approvals irrespective of Fico score.
So, if you have under 3 or 4 inquiries the past 6 months with no more than 3 new accounts, then app and you should be approved pending a review. If not, then the odds aren't good, regardless of your Fico score. Of all issuers, US Bank probably dislikes credit card churners and sign-up bonus seekers more than any other.
At 34,000 Flex points, this is the best sign up bonus I've ever seen US Bank offer.
Is this card easier than the cash + to get approved for?

Under normal circumstances, I'd say very similar.
However, with the excessively large sign-up bonus, I'd imagine US Bank would be more strict on inquiries and new accounts within the last 6 months.
who gave me credit. lol= HAPPY DANCE.
