I really thought about this today and now I get it!  

 

Each credit is $417 (first course is 3 credits).  Since I'm only taking one class this fall, that might not work.   But if I'm still paying DISC by Christmas, I could def do the loan idea since I woild be taking 2 course next spring and need $2K .  Thanks again for for walking me through this.

Also, the interest rate you’re being charged is on the statement. If you had different balances at different rates they’d be broken out separately .
