Possible lag in Orchard reporting to EQ, or in EQ's updating the score report, or perhaps even a second update was triggered to them. Orchard uses EQ more than the other two for various things. Can you recognize the balance, either pre-payment, or some figure post-statement close?
Unless you're trying to get a loan this month, don't sweat it; if you are, maybe see about getting it updated correctly. Unless it's some ridiculous figure it's not going to hurt your utilization much anyway.
