Who is a member with this CU? How did you get in?
So if my brother lives in PA, but does not work for an affiliated PSECU organization or school district, he can get in because he is in PA state? And, therefore, I could get in because my brother is in?

I believe the backdoor to cu is open by joining parks and rec and living in pa. Better if he joins in person. You could join after he joins.
Just make sure that you have the very same address as he does. I believe that is also a prerequisite.
If they are blood relative, you don't need to live together.

Yes, I hope not. If I had a PA address then I could do this myself. The goal is to get in because someone in my family is in.
I belong to PSECU. I got in because I went for a car loan through this dealer, and I had the USAA credit monitoringthat showed me where he tried to loan through. I decided not to buy the car and then called myself and found out the dealer had already signed me up for PA Parks & Rec Association. It was $20 to join, and I had to put a few dollars in my account to open it. I used them to get an auto draft to go car shopping, and I got their Visa! It's very good to belong, and their customer service is awesome! P.S. I live in PA

I am, I got in early last year and used their P&R membership to qualify.
