Heads up to anyone with this card. I got an email yesteday to activate an extra 1 percent cash back on PayPal purchases (up to $45)! Still rather new to this card but this is the second time I got an offer from them in the last 4 months! The other one was 4 % cash back up to $45 on all purchases. You have to activate these offers. Even though I like the 4% more this is a rather nice offer as it takes us up to Discovers PayPal quarter.

I use this card quite a lot and I make quite a few payments throughout the month to keep the balance down. I got this offer and activated it....yep the last offer of 4% was better, but I'll take 3%....it adds up quick!

I haven't had to use them on the credit card, or on Paypal credit, I have used customer service on Paypal.....all I can say is if they use the same reps, you don't want to have to use them!
