PayPal Smart Connect payment question

I noticed paypal smart connect payments online only let me make the payment via the bank account I have on file, has anyone had a problem using the telephone system to use a different bank acciount thats on file to make the payment? because I cannot add this account to paypal because its listed under my billme later paypal account

Hi, i have PP smart connect and Billmelater and each is linked to different paypal accounts. Ive had no problem using the same checking account to pay for both.
