Well looks like Comenity is in HP mode now, ill call tomorrow and see if they will remove the HP, if they dont there goes my 2 months of gardening, if I can get them to remove it al my reports are gettng frozen. I think I might have a case because it still says this:
What do you guys think?
Well it does say it won't affect your credit report, which usually means a SP for any lender. I would think they would remove the HP.
So far for me PayPal has always been a soft pull. I have gone over my credit line, and they also auto increased me last month. I have never seen a hard pull. If they did they would have to start reporting, that would be fair at least.

Did you get an alert? Where did you you see the HP?
Are you sure it is a hardpull? It is a softpull and it specifically states that-
Ya be really suprised if it is a HP.. Have gone over my limits before and they don't SP you typically right there, it is usually every x amount of months prior and they already know the response they are willing to go up to, although you don't. Anyways if it is indeed a HP you should be able to get it removed although it wil be a PITA for sure.
Yup pretty sure CK and Equifax confirmed it.
what's a PITA? sorry noob here lol..

Pain in the....butt
I don't have Credit Karma..
Interesting that Paypal is classified as "Oil Companies" by CK.
Ya I would be calling or writing comenity and disputing that HP.. Per their terms it is worded as a SP and should be a SP. Might want to pull your Equifax report other than CK to ensure as CK is known to mess stuff up occasionally, but sure looks legit
