Paying rent with AMEX Gold?

Hi everyone!

Recently got approved for the Gold card, is it okay with AMEX if I pay rent with it? I don't know AMEX's rules, that's why I'm asking to make sure I don't put myself in trouble with AMEX.

If your landlord/management company accepts AMEX as a form of payment, you're fine. 

I paid a couple months rent on my AMEX Business Gold when I first got it to help hit my minimum spend.

It's completely fine to pay your rent with virtually any credit card accepted, but be aware that the party you're paying may charge you a fee for doing so (depending on the card), could be around 3%

As long as Amex is cool with it I'm fine with the fee. It's just for one month.

I paid 2 months of my rent with Amex Gold, no problems.
