Paying rent with credit card

My rent tends to be my largest monthly expense and I would love to put it through a credit card, but my landlord only takes checks. Is there a way that I can use a credit card to pay a check service to cut a check to the landlord, so that I get the points? Or is there any other way I could go about using the credit card to pay rent?

Yes there are ways but the easiest is Williamspaid or just see if the landlord will take Amazon payments, if paying a mortgage you could go the bird route but that has a fee and inconvience factor. If you have a good card like MileagePlus that gives a 40% bonus for hitting 25k annual spending then it can be worthwhile even with the fees as long as you fly international.

Yea, it looks like something I would only do if I need to meet spend limits as otherwise it does not seem worthwhile in the long run.
