Paypal Bill me Later Offer

¡Hello everyone!

Today I received an e-mail from paypal with the subject: "Congratulations, A special credit offer just for you" I have a few questions regarding this:

Does this mean I'm pre-aproved for Bill me Later?

I really want the Paypal Extras Mastercard, if this possible?

I'm a frequent Ebay user so the paypal card would be good for the rewards.

You can apply for the paypal card on paypal or ebay (ebay card and paypal card are the same card). Did the email specify which product. Paypal SC and I the paypal mastercard are GE, and BML is webbank. Look in the email footer for a company name and it will help you figure our which product its for.

Its not a preapproval.  I get those emails frequently and have for years.

Be careful with email things.  Many can be phishing scemes.

ESP PayPal emails. Make sure your first and last name are in the salutation

I believe I got the same email and applied and was surprised that they gave me a $250 CL not bad for my credit situation ill take anything I can get trust me I'm greatful I applied when BML was owned by the other company and was denied and I think you can only have one or the other so if you have BML you can't get the MC

If you have bml you can't get ppsc or mastercard. Same for all. If you have one you cant get another UNLESS you get another paypal account.

BML  is pretty nice. They don't report to the Credit Bureaus. So you don't have to worry about utilization.

I use it in the apple store and pay it leisurely withing 6 months.

You can also use it in Ebay.
