Its been 4 statements since my last increase so decided to request a cli. Went online but the luv button was gone, for some reason it just dissapeared. This happened before an it reappeared the next day so i was going to just wait, but i decided to call in.
Called in and the automated system gave an option to "request a higher credit line". Its alittle different on the phone, the automated system actually asks you "how much do you need for your purchase" I requested a cli to 3500, (i was at 2200), Few seconds later system said they cannot grant me that cli, but they can bump me up to 3000, should i chose to accept. I said yes and it was done deal. So just to let you guys know you can always call in and use the automated system.
