I haven't had access online to my paypal smart connect account via paypal. Keeps saying try in a few moments, anyone have this issue???
I am having the same issue, when I click on view card details it just times out. I saw a thread earlier about GE Capital having issues so it might be related.
I had the same problem last night, but was able to view it today.
All of the GE sites have been wonky the past few days.
