Can one have both the 2% MC and the PPC hidden line? I have the 2% card. For the past two weeks I've been getting emails to apply for PP Credit. The invitation screen also appears every time I log in to PP.

I got approved for the PP credit then got the PP MC about 4 days later. Use both. Afterwards it was brought to my attention on another post that PP credit will soon be Synchrony so it may no longer be a hidden trade line

I have both. My PPC is very very old, from the "Bill Me Later" days, and the 2% is newish from December.
Not sure how things will end up once Synchrony takes over the reins of PPC later this year, but for now, you should be able to get it.

It is two separate hard pulls.  I got my PP Credit back when Comentiy had the accounts, but I'm fairly sure its the same today.  Separate products, even though they are both Paypal.
