@I"m hoping this is a legit SP CLI approval for my PCR. Opinions? Currently my PCR sits at $14,500 @Anonymous.5%. PCR Age = 1.6yrs with no CLI offers. In addition to my PCR, I have 1 small savings and 2-1yr CD's with them. I had been using my PCR to pay utility bills and car insurance every month. Typically no other spend.

Thanks!

Congrats on the super fat increase!!

Thanks G-Man---although I haven't officially taken it yet....but you also know from past experience how weak I am-LOL. I'm going to give it a little thought though b/c I am actually thinking of getting a used SUV to help with my online business.

Yes, this is a SP. I've taken 4 offers over the last year. Not one of them was a HP.

I understand Credit- whore.. I mean Credit-pimp.😂

When it's time to buy the next vehicle. I'll time mine out and use the SP for it as well.

Re: PenFed 1Q Pre Approvals

I'm pretty sure I did something wrong here. That was painless?? Not only did PenFed raise my CL, they also lowered my APR from 14.5% to 11.740% without an additional request. So far so good, nothing is chiming off in the background yet (HP notifications). Thanks again MyFico Peeps!

Re: PenFed 1Q Pre Approvals

fiCO(The only two times Ive ever gotten any offers, I had been running a balance.  Every quarter I PIFed, nothing. Fico9 atm 827

So in October I put a $250 charge on the card and have been paying it off $100 at a time. Chalk that idea up a waste of interest paid.

@olddude and @Peekeboo

In my book, it aint over til I get on the phone, ask to speak to a supervisor and immediately drop to the floor and prostrate myself before him

Re: PenFed 1Q Pre Approvals

I can save up to $20 on TurboTax.  Still no offers.  Joined clean in May 2016 and have never received anything.  Really, I just want $500 CLIs on each of my cards because the $19,500 and $29,500 credit lines are annoying me.  There's no way I'm taking a HP for $1,000!
