Had similar (possibly better) scores the first time I app'd with them but was not working at the time.  The Loan Officer the first time around wanted income verification that I could not provide so wasn't approved then although I'm guessing if I was able to I would have been approved.  This time, I was approved online but it was sent to the Loan Officer for verification.  Didn't have to speak to the Loan Officer though, I guess they just reviewed my online application and approved it overnight.
