I applied to PenFed a couple months back and was approved for $7.5k. The approval was kind of low I thought as I got 4 cards after that averaged $18k total SL. I had like 40 inquires at the time of applications mostly from mortgage refinancing and a few car loans. My scores were in the 740-760 range at that time, and I have 26+ CC accounts, AAoA is 5.5.
