PenFed "Your Offers"?

This popped up on my wife's online account the other day. Did anyone else get this? Looks like they are offering a new credit card. I'm afraid to click the accept button without knowing what they are offering. She has the Platinum Cash Rewards Visa now and probably the best in their arsenal.

Maybe it's the upgrade to their new Visa Signature? There's a thread about it a few threads down.
