I'm waiting on a callback now... their website shows 704 for my EQ9 so I'm gonna see if I can get these 2 cards with the same HP... what the heck.

Got a 5xx error the first time I ran it for the PCR, second time it came back with an amount that's not worth leaving the garden for...will check after my garden stay (if it still exists)

They just called and transferred me to the department to finish the application and I was then told there is a known issue with the "fico system" that isn't allowing applications to be completed... both online and over the phone.

The rep said to call back later today or tomorrow and to continue trying via the website.  Their IT dept is working on it.

@TRC_WA so even over the phone the rep was getting an error too and couldnt finish the app?

Correct.  They couldn't finish my prequal apps.  I'll follow up when I finally get them done.

Prequal denied(no log in) last night, very sobering. Funny thing is I got an email ad for just that CR card this morning lol

Looks like the prequal is gone again..... left me this to chew on, though.....
