Penfed power cash balance transfer offer every month

I just realized that every month on the statement of my power cash rereads card I have a offer for zero apr balance transfer with 3% fee
is it only me ? How’s it possible that every month i have that offer ?

its pretty much ongoing constantly if you dont see if you probably could call and get it as they just want their 3% fee and of course the regular apr if not paid off in time

+1.  @CreditCuriosity is spot on.  I've had a 0%-12 month (with 3% fee) offer for at least the past 3 years with PenFed.  It's like an ongoing thing even when it's not advertised.  In the past I'ved used it without even having an offer...

They usually do an offer some time in January-February for 0% for 12 with no fee. It hasn’t been spotted yet this year though. 

It’s the same offer the Platinum card gets.
