Planning to app chase, citi, Amex which to do first?

Alright, so chase is sitting in some sort of Verification, have to call back tomorrow. Would apping for the other three hurt my chances at all with Chase tomorrow (I'm assuming they already pulled my credit, although I haven't gotten an alert yet).
