The CL is the only thing that interests me...


The rewards look to be lackluster points aren't redeemed at a 1% rate... but dat 25K CL tho...

I may have bit the bullet just to get in with them but it would be a bad move.

15.90 variable isn't that great a rate.   If you're wanting a card like that at some point, wait for a bonus or a 0% BT offer.   Make it worth your while.    As far at the 25k starting CL.  You most likely won't get near half that.  (look at your reports, whogavemecredit.com and really take all that into consideration).   Also search USAA Decline.  That kind of CL takes some serious research to make the leap worth while, otherwise disappointment can be the cliff.
