Possible to PC Synchrony Mastercard?

So I had the Rakuten Card, and as you all know, it was replaced by the Premier World Mastercard. I rarely use the card since I got it because I have the Citi DC and the Paypal card. I wonder whether anybody was able to PC it to a different Synchrony CC?

Edit:

Now that I know it's not possible to PC this card, I'm actually considering closing it at some point. Is it a bad move to close it?

My paypal card is also a synchrony card. Will closing this one somehow affect my paypal card, or future synchrony card apps? Asking becuase I've only closed 1 account before, and will probably never get a new card from that issuer.

Never heard of a Synchrony PC.

Sorry, I don't think they do those.

I doubt I'm the only one in this situation. Wonder what the others do? Sock drawer the card?

@TomWB - They do not PC any CCs by customer's request. It's either done internally by SYNCB, such as the switch for select cardholder accounts (i.e. Rakuten > PWMC ) or any upgrades such as those from Platinum V/MC > VS or WMC/WE.

I would imagine those who are not using it probably have it stored away 🤷‍♂️
